- All parcel orders in stock will ship out by the following business day
- All large orders will ship out the within 1-2 business days, generally will ship out with a common carrier LTL, if shipping to residential area, the carrier will be instructed to call for a delivery appointment. If a liftgate is needed this needs to be notified with the order, and will cost additionally
- All shipments will be processed during standard business days excluding federal holidays
- Shipments with a PO Box will be shipped via United States Postal Service, due to the nature of the delivery service.
Returns
- At JMG Seed Company it is our utmost importance to provide excellent product and service, but in the event that our customer is not 100% satisfied, we can accept a return.
- All returns need to be preauthorized through [email protected], product must not be opened, and with in 45 days of order completion.
- Credit will be granted within 15 days once returned product is verified with warehouse.
